HOW IT WORKS

FROM YOUR PURCHASE TO DELIVERY IN YOUR COUNTRY

  1. BUY ANYWHERE. SHIP TO YOUR LOCKER.

    Shop at any store and use the virtual locker address in your account portal. Always include your account ID, LTB-xxxx, with your name, for example: John Doe LTB-xxxx. For direct or non-purchase deliveries, contact us first.

  2. RECEIVE, STORE & REQUEST

    We will email you when your items arrive. Packages are stored for up to 15 days. When ready, request shipment from your locker. We will consolidate eligible items using suitable recycled boxes when possible. Special packaging or new boxes may cost extra.

  3. REVIEW YOUR QUOTE & PAY

    We will calculate the shipping cost and upload the label to your portal. You will also receive an email notification. Pay online before the label expires. Recovering an abandoned label is not guaranteed and may cost extra.

  4. PREPARE, SHIP & DELIVER

    Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and ship your package. Use the tracking number to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

At the moment we are focused on Colombia.

We are not a store or sell any product. We are a cargo company that offers the benefit of receiving your purchases in the USA so they can be shipped to your door. It is possible in some cases to offer the ability to sell products in high demand but these are exceptional cases and with the intention of facilitating their acquisition, especially to those who do not have experience in internet purchases abroad.

All shipments are billed by its final weight in pounds, not kilograms (1Kg = 2.2 ~ Pounds). The total weight in pounds is multiplied by the cost per pound we offer you. Apart from the weight, there are other added values such as mandatory minimum insurance and others such as taxes were applicable by the destination country.

Payment methods include any debit or credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners. Bank deposits in Colombia (Bancolombia) and the United States (Zelle, CashApp and Venmo). There is a charge of the total value of any payment by the entity that makes card charges.

We ship daily (not weekends or holidays), delivery times varies by country, city and that there are no adverse situations.

We are in the cities of Orlando and Miami, in the state of Florida. We can also pick up packages in Orlando, FL. If you live in South Florida and want to ship something, contact us and we will gladly try to satisfy your need as much as possible. Not all areas in Florida are covered, just like if you reside or have cargo outside the state of Florida, you have to send it to us.

No, we see that due to costs and speed, our clients prefer to send their purchases from China to us in the United States so that we can send them to their country. We do not handle direct shipping from China to any country at the moment.
